Wei | WEI 7 ½" x 7" DUPLEX DOUBLE - ACTING MUD PUMPS
WEI duplex pumps are designed reflecting an accurate selection of all components materials and machining, procedures to ensure remarkable.
Simplicity of design and the components replacement’s ease allow utilization WEI pumps for water, oil, drilling mud, grouting and other services by combining various types, available in different materials, of fluid ends, liners, pistons, valves and seats, rods and seals.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
WEI pumps incorporate:
- Fluid and power ends constructed from special cast iron.
- Gear with eccentrics, connecting rods and crossheads from steel casting, mounted on bearings.
- Pinion and eccentric shafts from forged alloy steel, quenched and tapered, and mounted both with taper roller bearings.
- Linear, pistons, rods, valves, seats from heat treated alloy steel, and constructed in accordance with API.
ACCESSORIES
WEI pumps can incorporate on request:
safety valve, pressure gauge, liners and valve seats pullers, suction and discharge hoses, V-belt pulley sprocket, motor fitting flange.
