WEI has been manufacturing Shale Shakers for more than 20 years.
WEI Shale shaker WR3 has a shaking basket tilting, hydraulically controlled, to allow the operator to take into account mud specific weight, viscosity and type of cuttings to separate.
Upper gates and lower open gate for Mud flow regulation are hydraulically operated also.
Maintenance operations and breakdowns have been totally deleted; there is not belting, any main shaft, any bearings and any outer cams.
WEI Shale shaker WR3 has num.03 screens, to filter better the mud.
Shale shaker screen are pre-tensioned panel standards size, made by 316 stainless steel.
Shock-Absorbers are metal type, equipped with anti-oil rubber silent-block (no maintenance needed).
The flow back system is used for having a better separation of solid.
WEI WR3 Shale shaker is manufactured triple screens in single or double deck.
